LIFE SCIENCE 187 PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES OF GENOMIC RESEARCH

Participate in the sequencing of a microbial genome while earning upper division units and gaining valuable research experience

  • Great class to have on any resume or application
  • Learn lab techniques not taught in any other class
  • Become a part of an ongoing research project run entirely by undergraduate students

Prerequisite: Life Science 3
Credit: major credit in MIMG & MCDB, fulfills lab requirements
Logistics: Discussion: MWF (3-4PM) and 6 hrs/wk of lab
